Our unbeaten record with Tottenham has come to a rest at Three Point (or rather, No Points) Lane during the Sunday fixture. Indeed, even after that spectacular-- nay, superb-- strike by Maka, the Sp*rs were able to muster up and level, then well into the second half, the killer blow was delivered by young Aaron Lennon. Two mistakes were conceeded and acknowledged by José Mourinho but some of us are wondering why Drogba's header was disallowed and why John Terry was sent off. Indeed a number of errors seem to stem from the inconsistency of the one called Graham Poll. This defeat puts us 3 points behind United along with a growing goal difference. Our next fixture against Aston Villa (whom we drew with late September) will be for the Carling Cup at home and then the next premiership fixture will be against Watford. I strongly believe that we will not replicate today's result for these upcoming fixtures. Come on the Chels! |
