As the year comes to a close and with the frenetic Boxing Day matches coming up, we at the US Blues wish to send our warmest wishes to you and yours for a safe and happy holiday season. Indeed, the Blues' win today (in stoppage time, no doubt) against the Latics is a wonderful Holiday present -- let's hope that we have a fruitful month's end, as well.

As far as our boys are concerned (based on the recent poll results) a great many of you decided that "We need more defenders." That's 42.6% that all felt this way. Tied at 19.1% are those who thought that our squad is fine as it is along with those who thought we needed more strikers. Surely, only 10.6% of you thought that we should loan out players, a minority of 8.5% thought that we should say goodbye to some; whilst none of you believed that we needed more midfielders. We shall only wait a few more weeks before any of these predictive thoughts might be confirmed by our club.
