Our fearsome striker has kept the faith of the supporters after opening the scoreline at Middlesbrough. Indeed, despite Didier's statements during the week to French media (and his subsequent regret for stating what he did), some thought that that might be the last we would see of our Ivorian. You can't keep the boys in Blue down, however! Here's to our next fixture! In other news, fancy a trip to the Bridge? In our last poll, a resounding 95.8% of you voted that we would win and make records (and we did make a record on unbeaten runs at home). Only 4.2% guessed that we would draw and no one even thought of us losing 3 points. Tomorrow (or in a few hours, depending on which part of the world yer from), we play Reading away. The summer tour has come and gone; the lads have been back in Europe then in a few hours, we await our first "match" of the 07/08 term -- the Community (or Charity) Shield! A number of representatives from the various US CFC supporter clubs have been working to provide bus transport for the following events in LA this summer. At this stage they are only after tentative numbers so that they know how many buses to reserve. You will not be held to the numbers you send, but please do try and make them realistic.
